About
Strategy, communications
and a steady eye on AI.
Louise Pyman has spent 15 years in Corporate Affairs, building deep functional expertise while acquiring a rigorous grounding in artificial intelligence, earning her recognition as a first-of-its-kind hybrid employee.
In January 2023, two years before AI adoption became a talking point in Corporate Affairs, Louise was already training a Large Language Model to draft communications material, identifying both the technology's limitations and its transformative potential from day one. That early curiosity became strategic intent. In 2025, Louise architected and delivered the generative engine optimisation for all corporate platforms. She pioneered the tracking of AI bot and LLM behaviour on owned platforms, and led a pilot that enabled ChatGPT and Google AI Summary to cite corporate communications with full accuracy at the moment of announcement.
Louise now reimagines how the Corporate Affairs function communicates and connects with stakeholders, enabled by data and AI. She has built a Corporate Affairs Data and AI Strategy, a function-wide framework that placed CA ahead of every other part of the business, including teams with dedicated AI expertise. Her approach was never technology for its own sake, but to empower professionals and supercharge them.
Born in Sweden, she has visited 60 countries and enjoys cultural experiences and exchanges.
